As AI adoption grows across multiple industries, Elisto’s Bootcamp gives students the opportunity to master machine learning (ML) solutions for business transformations. For example, the process mapping module demonstrates how to harness AI-powered, real-time data analysis, ML algorithms, and automation to save time, reduce costs, improve accuracy, and adapt to changing business needs and circumstances.
Elisto’s business strategy module also incorporates training on using AI to process vast amounts of data, generate predictions, and produce market and customer forecasts to drive better decision-making at all levels of an organisation.
The Bootcamp focuses on hard skills that modern analysts need to succeed as opposed to theory and concepts with little guidance on how to apply these in professional settings. In addition to these practical, AI-enabled analysis techniques, the course shows students how to expand their networks, grow their professional reputations, and use their AI skills to find more lucrative employment opportunities.
The course was created by Elisto founder Jude Mahoney and his wife Kelly who bring two decades worth of experience in educating and guiding senior management teams as they transition into more agile work systems.
“I’m a passionate advocate for establishing close-knit teams that value honesty, simplicity and integrity as their foundations,” Jude says. “My long-term understanding of agile processes means my approach is very delivery and work-focused.”
Classes are held weekly, running from 9 am to 5 pm, UK time. Each session concludes with an informal appraisal to give subscribers an idea of how well they are progressing. Once the 12 modules are completed, Jude continues to offer support and guidance to all enrollees as they continue in their careers.
Other topics covered in the Bootcamp include Generative AI, chatbots, using Large Language Models (LLMs) for processing unstructured data, user journeys, Gap analysis, SOSTAC marketing plan modelling, and competitor analysis.
