MARIETTA, GA — Johnson Ferry Baptist Church continues its commitment to building community through its thriving adult sports leagues, offering recreational opportunities that combine competition, fellowship, and fun for participants of all skill levels.
The church's adult sports program features three dynamic leagues designed to help participants stay active while forming meaningful connections. Co-ed kickball and volleyball leagues welcome players of all abilities, while the men's basketball league provides competitive play for basketball enthusiasts. Each league includes six regular-season games followed by a single-elimination tournament, creating opportunities for both casual recreation and spirited competition.

The program welcomes both organized teams and individual participants. Those interested in forming or captaining a team can register through the church's website during the appropriate season. Free agent registration is also available for individuals who want to participate but aren't affiliated with an existing team. While free agent placement on a team is not guaranteed, captains receive the list of available players and can extend invitations as roster spots become available.
Registration links are made available seasonally through the church's sports and fitness ministry page. The program is part of Johnson Ferry's broader sports and fitness ministry, which also includes youth leagues, special needs programs, and fitness classes, all designed to serve the community while encouraging physical wellness and spiritual growth.
