Superior Ink Launches ‘Built for the Community’ Initiative to Support Local Colorado Businesses with Free Custom Apparel
Fountain, CO — 2025 — Superior Ink, Colorado’s premier screen-printing and apparel production company, has launched a new community initiative called “Built for the Community” — a monthly program that provides one local small business with free, custom-designed shirts to help them grow their brand and build local pride.
Each month, Superior Ink will select a small business in the Colorado Springs or Fountain area and gift them a limited run of 12 custom-branded shirts — designed, printed, and delivered by Superior Ink’s creative team. The program aims to foster connection, celebrate entrepreneurship, and highlight the spirit of local business ownership across Southern Colorado.
The first recipient of the program is Happy Hour Donuts, a Fountain-based donut shop known for its creative flavors and friendly community vibe. Superior Ink designed a custom graphic tee inspired by the shop’s branding and will hand-deliver a 12-pack of shirts this month.
“When we moved to Fountain, we didn’t just want to open a facility — we wanted to become part of the community,” said Dominic Rosacci, Founder and CEO of Superior Ink. “This program is our way of giving back, using what we do best to lift up other small businesses. Happy Hour Donuts is the perfect place to start — they embody the local spirit that makes this town special.”
Beyond gifting shirts, Superior Ink plans to feature each selected business across its social media channels, website, and newsletters, spotlighting their story and helping them reach new customers. Over time, the initiative will create a network of local makers, shop owners, and entrepreneurs connected through community-built merch.
