This year’s Appertivo Happy Hour lineup introduces several new bites, available daily from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Among them is the Watermelon Caprese, a seasonal twist on a classic dish featuring fresh watermelon, mozzarella, basil, mint, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic reduction, and Maldon salt. Also joining the happy hour selection is Summer Ricotta, a delicately plated offering with ricotta brulée, pickled tomato, red onion, mushroom, micro greens, extra virgin olive oil, and Maldon salt.
